Today's Dinner...

Doesn't it look good?lol My kids loved it too. It's Japanese fried chicken, bacon-wrapped asparagus, broccoli with QP mayo, and macaroni salad.
This Japanese fried chicken is actually my mom's original recipe, since I was little, I love this chicken. It's a lil difference from regular Japanese fried chicken, she doesn't marinade. Put chicken in flour n starch mix, then deep fry, and then dunk in soy sauce + cooking sake + lil water. It's very yummy.
Kids also loved bacon-wrapped asparagus. This is very popular for especially bento-box in Japan. This way, asparagus gets bacon flavor, so it's easy to eat for kids.
Anyway... I think it was good dinner...lol

Michele jumped in the pool too!

Michele loves pool... She wears floatys n she's fearless.lol And she did jump in the pool too, today... again and again...

John's Super Jump!

John is doing really great @ pool. He had this super jump today, and now he can swim too... I am very proud of him...

So Many Things To Do...

Or should I say, so many things that I wanna do... I thought I would have more time so it would be great to do online college while Chris's gone. I was still planning many other stuffs, like turbo-jam, taking kids to pool, doing study with John... Which I am doing everything I was planning to do, but not much time for my college...lol. Well, I am definitely enjoying, especially thx to my good friends... I hope I can improve myself by all meanings by the time Chris come home... I mean it's not like I was not happy with myself or anything like that, but I think it's very important to always look forward. So I think it's very good thing that I have so many things to do and keep myself busy and active. Wow... I really am a super positive person, huh?lol

Finger Paint

She made some finger paints to send her daddy n grandma. I think she's done this before @ the day care, but first she was using only 1 finger, then went crazy after a while... But it came out very good. And most of all, she really enjoyed it...

Trip 2 Target

I promised that we go to buy his camera today, first we checked at NEX but they didn't have ones he likes, so we just walked to Target. And he found a nice Mickey one, and we found a pretending camera for Michele too. We had a big weekend breakfast, so for lunch(?), we decided to have some popcorn before we walk back home.

Pool 2 Jamba + Sushi

We went to the pool again today. It was very nice... Water was still a lil cold, but very sunny n I am getting nice tan... After the pool, we went to get Jamba Juice. Then there is a sushi place next to Jamba, so we got oueselves some sushi for lunch as well... Actually this is the second time we dic this route... Oh, boy...
